How do I unblock a wire that is stuck in a pencil?
Answer: The end piece that the lead comes out of is something that can be unscrewed and removed. Once removed, you can try to clear any debris from the end piece if any are there, or remove any debris that may have jammed up the actual mechanism that moves the lead forward through the pencil, which will now be exposed. Don't force anything as you may break something.
