- Why Permanent Matters: Every October, millions of homeowners drag ladders out of the garage to hang string lights — and every January, they climb back up to take them down. Mexllex permanent outdoor lights end that cycle. Mount this 100FT kit along your roofline once, and your house is dressed for every season that follows: warm white for a quiet Tuesday, orange and purple when Halloween arrives, red and green through Christmas, and a slow fade of gold to welcome the New Year. In effect, it is a permanent christmas lights outdoor 100ft setup you never take down.A Typical Evening: The sun goes down, and your eaves come alive. You are not outside on a ladder — you are on the couch, tapping through 100+ preset scenes on the Surplife app, or grabbing the remote from the coffee table. Dim the whole string to a soft glow for dinner on the patio, then switch to a chasing rainbow when the kids' friends come over. Because each LED is individually addressable (RGB Plus IC), one permanent outdoor eaves lights kit plays a thousand different moods.Choosing the Right Length: Walk your roofline with a tape measure before you order. This 100FT set covers most single-story ranch homes and the front elevation of larger two-story houses, with 40 LEDs spaced about 2.5 ft apart. Count corners and gables — they add length faster than you expect. Leave the power lead (about 9.8 ft) a clear path to your outlet, ideally near a covered porch or garage wall where the power/control unit can stay sheltered indoors. If you have been hunting for outdoor permanent lights 100ft and keep landing on kits that run short, this is the length that finishes the run.Built for the Years Between Holidays: Permanent holiday lights outdoor have to survive the other 300 days of the year too — July heat, January frost, spring storms. The light string is rated IP67 and operates from -4°F to 140°F, so it stays on the eaves through all of it while the control unit stays dry inside. Corded electric power means no batteries to swap and no solar panel to aim.A Gift That Stays Up: For new homeowners, for parents who still climb ladders every December, for anyone who loves a well-lit house — this kit installs once and keeps giving, season after season, year after year.
