Nutritionist's Take
NAKED Vitamin C provides a potent dose of 500mg of Ascorbic Acid per capsule, which is beneficial for immune support and acts as a well-known antioxidant. The inclusion of Citrus Bioflavonoids may enhance the absorption and overall effectiveness of vitamin C. Nutritionists generally appreciate the high-quality, vegan, and non-GMO formulations that cater to a variety of dietary needs. However, the reliance on ascorbic acid may not appeal to those preferring whole food sources of nutrients. It's important to note that excessive intake of vitamin C can lead to gastrointestinal discomfort for some individuals. Overall, this product can be a healthy addition for those needing immune support, but it should complement a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
