The customer experience with this bed product has been overwhelmingly negative, particularly surrounding the assembly process and overall quality. Many users reported that the assembly instructions were poorly written and difficult to follow, leading to Considerable frustration and an extended assembly time—sometimes reaching up to 9 hours, even for individuals with above-average skills. Inadequate diagrams and missing parts were common complaints, which necessitated tedious guesswork and improvisation, often resulting in the need for additional materials and custom supports. Further complaints arose about the product's structural integrity, with multiple users noting that the bed creaked excessively with any movement, indicating poor stability. Although some reviews highlighted the aesthetic appeal of the bed, the significant issues related to assembly and creaking overshadowed any positive remarks. However, the responsiveness of customer service was appreciated, with one reviewer noting a prompt refund for missing parts, though some remarked that this doesn't compensate for the overall hassle of assembly and dissatisfaction with the final product. In summary, while the bed offers potential aesthetic appeal and additional storage, it is marred by significant design and instructional flaws, leading to a generally disappointing customer experience. **
