Read all steps before beginning assembly. Recommended tools: drill, level, measuring tape, and screwdriver. Installation requires mounting to a solid wall (studs or concrete recommended). Note: Slight wood warping is normal for real wood. The pipe structure will help straighten the boards during assembly. Step 1: Assemble Base Shelves Attach vertical pipes (D) to the bottom flanges (M). Secure the pipes onto the wood shelves (H) using connectors (B). Ensure all pipes are tightened firmly. Step 2: Build Lower Structure Continue stacking shelves (H) by connecting vertical pipes. Use connectors (C) and (K) where indicated to stabilize each level. Keep all pipes aligned vertically. Step 3: Install Upper Vertical Supports Attach upper connectors (A, J, G) to extend the vertical frame. Add additional shelves (H) and secure with connectors (B). Tighten all threaded joints securely. Step 4: Install Hanging Rods Insert horizontal rods (E) into the designated side connectors. Ensure rods are level and securely tightened. Step 5: Connect Sections Join left and right shelving units using horizontal pipes. Align all connection points and tighten joints. Step 6: Install Wall Mount Flanges Attach wall flanges (M) and connectors (L) to the back pipes. Mark drilling positions on the wall. Drill holes and insert anchors (N) if needed. Secure using screws (O). Step 7: Final Wall Mounting Mount the entire unit onto the wall. Use a level to ensure proper alignment. Fully tighten all screws and pipe connections. Final Check Ensure all connections are tight and stable. Adjust shelf orientation if needed before final tightening. Confirm the unit is securely anchored to the wall. Tip: It is normal for flange plates to face slightly different directions during assembly. Final alignment can be adjusted during wall mounting. After Installation Allow the structure to fully stabilize before loading items. Distribute weight evenly across shelves and rods. |
