    Answer: I believe it will. I use this on a 2003 745Li and we both have the N62 engine which was used from 2002 to 2010.
  • Question: Does this fit my 2005 x5 4.4l?

    Answer: Yes. It fits my 2005 6ser 4.4.
  • Question: Does this filter fit on my 2005 BMW X5 4.8is?

    Answer: Yes.
  • Question: What is the small black o-ring for?

    Answer: The little plug in the black housing cover uses that o ring to seal itself to the block. To get the old one off, just slip a small screwdriver under it and pry. You may not have noticed because you probably took the cover out without pulling its plug. If you pull the plug first, you will be able to drain the oil out of the filter before pulling it. But many skip this step and toss it.
  • Question: Does it come with the o-Ring?

    Answer: Mine did. Also the small one & the pan bolt washer.
  • Question: Does this fit a BMW 745 i 2004 model?

    Answer: Theoretically, yes since it is the exact same motor, it should fit.
