Answer: I am a fan of nugget ice over cube ice for the mouth texture and I also like using more smaller ice nuggets instead of 2-3 bigger ice cubes that gives you a bit more control of the displacement of water. The larger amount of smaller ice would also give more surface area for liquid to come into contact with speeding up the chilling process. -
