However, some customers have noted that the instructions should have been included in the box and not just available for download or through a video. The set comes with a remote that allows you to adjust the lights and brightness. The Watcher figure eye changes color, the signal dome flashes like a beacon, and the tree can be programmed to blink, flash, or change brightness.
