** Flowmaster 717868 FlowFX Cat-Back Exhaust System** The Flowmaster 717868 FlowFX Cat-Back Exhaust System has sparked a range of customer experiences that highlight both its strengths and weaknesses. Many users appreciate the exhaust system’s deep, aggressive sound, which delivers a satisfying rumble at idle while remaining relatively subdued during normal driving. This fine balance makes it an appealing choice for those looking to enhance their vehicle's auditory profile without overwhelming noise levels. Acceleration brings forth a more aggressive tone, which has garnered positive remarks. Installation appears straightforward for most, as many reviewers found the system compatible with factory hangers and noted that mounting it was a hassle-free experience, thanks to the integrated design. However, some customers reported frustrations regarding the fit, particularly tied to the number of parts included. Instead of a simpler installation involving a single piece between the catalytic converter and the muffler, the presence of two parts resulted in unnecessary complexity, which ultimately disappointed some users. Additionally, while the product is praised for its aesthetic appeal—especially the black tips—some Consumers expressed dissatisfaction with the perceived quality of manufacturing, particularly regarding the “Made in China” origin labeling. This aspect has led to a few buyers reevaluating their loyalty to the brand after this purchase, citing value concerns. In summary, the Flowmaster 717868 FlowFX Cat-Back Exhaust System offers a notable sound upgrade and generally straightforward installation, but it struggles with some quality perceptions and customer service regarding fit and part composition. **
