The QCY T13 True Wireless Earbuds are good for running and exercising as they are IPX5 water-resistant. They do not have volume control on the earpieces themselves, but sound quality is good, they are comfortable to wear, connect quickly and do not drop out. They are compatible with iPhone 13 Pro and come in both black and white. Although some had issues pairing with their laptop, they worked well with their iPhone. Battery life is comparable to more expensive earbuds.
