Does the fre case have a wrist strap?
Answer: FRĒ doesn't include a wrist strap, but it does feature a lanyard post, giving you the option to attach one. -
Question:
Can you use a MagSafe charger?
Answer: Yes, this case works with Apple’s MagSafe charger and Qi wireless charging. It is not designed to work with other MagSafe accessories, such as the Apple MagSafe wallet. -

How do we get replacement gaskets for this?
Answer: Otterbox will REPLACE the case for shipping and handling charges, right around $10 total as I recall. -

However, the FRĒ SERIES case has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers have complained about the plastic screen covers taking poor photos and preventing facial ID. Furthermore, the lens covers on some of the cases are easily scratched and cause blurry photos. The charge port cover is also prone to breaking off, and the plastic screen covers prevent users from taking clear photos.
