Tapcon 3/16" x 1-1/4" Star Torx Head Concrete Anchor Screws 3169407V2 | 100 Pack | Drill Bit Included

The Tapcon 316" x 1-1/4" Star Torx Head Concrete Anchor Screws come in a pack of 100 and include a drill bit. The screws have been used successfully by many customers over the years, as they are reliable for concrete anchors as long as the correct pilot hole size is drilled. However, some customers have had issues with the product. One customer reported that the drill bit barely worked with a hammer drill in cinder blocks and the screws couldn't bite in the resulting hole. Another customer commented that the screws were very brittle and they broke at least half of them. It is worth noting that some customers have mistaken this product for the ones sold at Home Depot or Lowe's, as the brand looks the same, but the quality is much lower. Additionally, a customer encountered a blue powder substance inside the box, and the powder got everywhere, which made them not recommend it. Also, the product received was not a flat head as advertised, but instead had a conical head without underhead ribs. Overall, the Tapcon 316" x 1-1/4" Star Torx Head Concrete Anchor Screws can be a reliable option for those in need of concrete anchors, as they have worked well for many customers. However, it is essential to use the correct pilot hole size, and customers should be aware that the quality may not be as high as the ones sold at Home Depot or Lowe's.
