Answer: These are a form fitting wedge platform and they run small. So I would go up a size from what you normally wear and see how they feel. The front part of the heel goes up rather than flat out so it makes it a little more awkward to walk. If you want a good wedge platform for walking I recommend the Demonia Swing 220. -
