They are made with enriched WHEAT flour, shortening (palm oil), corn flour, water, rice starch, salt (with yellow prussiate of soda as an anticaking agent), and inactive yeast. They are perfect for freezing and thawing; however, the unopened shelf life is unknown. They come with an ingredient label with expiration date on the item and on the outer box. These shells are not kosher. In terms of customer reviews, some found them to be smaller than expected, but the perfect size for small bite desserts. They taste really good, and they are shipped intact. However, some customers found them to be tasteless and hard, tasting like cardboard. One customer found them to taste odd and would not purchase again.
