The Tonic Studios 806 Mini Rotary Perforator is a small and inexpensive tool that does a great job in perforating paper. It is easy to use - just press and roll to create perforated lines. However, it may not be suitable for perforating cardboard. The blade is not replaceable, but given its low cost, this is not a major issue. It creates approximately 5-6 perforations per inch. The tool can be used to create tear-out perforation lines on card stock or perforated lines in a book for easy removal later. However, it is recommended to use something solid underneath when perforating a book to avoid affecting the other pages.
