Wildwood Grilling Grilling Planks S151030 Editorial Review
The Wood Fire Grilling Co. Grilling Planks have garnered a positive reception among customers, especially for those who frequently grill salmon. Users appreciate the value they provide, particularly given their size and affordability compared to more expensive alternatives. The planks, sized at 5"x11", fit two to four servings comfortably and are ideal for grilling salmon, as mentioned by multiple Consumers. One of the recurrent themes in reviews is the effectiveness of these planks when properly pre-soaked, as customers emphasize the necessity of soaking them adequately to avoid burning. While some users noted that the planks could be thicker to withstand high heat better and pointed out that they tend to buckle, the overall sentiment remains favorable. Many state that these planks deliver a wonderful flavor to the food, comparable to pricier options found in gourmet markets. Moreover, users have expressed satisfaction with the Consistency of quality over the years, with some returning customers noting that they would choose these planks over competitors, even if they run out of stock. While aesthetic appeal is not a primary selling point, the practical use and flavor enhancement they bring to grilling have left many customers highly recommending them. In summary, the Wood Fire Grilling Co. Grilling Planks are a reliable choice for grilling enthusiasts looking for an affordable and effective solution for cedar plank grilling, particularly with salmon. **
