The Cuisinart 30-In. Electric Vertical Smoker is a great product for newbies to smoking meats and seasoned veterans alike as it is easy to assemble and use. Customers love how it is easy to get to the water and wood chip containers to refill them. It heats up quickly and has a heat indicator allowing keeping an eye on the internal temperature. The smoker is a good starting point to make the meat tender and have a wonderful smell. It's reasonably priced and an excellent value. Although it didn't get above 200 degrees on a cold day (20 degrees). One reviewer complained that on the small chip of paint fell off the base of the inside of the smoker after a handful of uses, but the customer service was good, and they replaced the full unit free of charge in around a month and a half.
