The PRITOM 7 inch Kids Tablet promises to be a great device for kids with its quad core processor, Android 10 operating system, 32GB ROM, and pre-installed educational software. However, customer experience and reception of this tablet have been largely negative. Many customers have complained about the tablet freezing up, poor battery life, and laggy performance. The screen is also not smooth and the tablet tends to have connectivity issues with Wi-Fi. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with the charger and the tablets breaking easily. On the positive side, the tablet comes with a protective case and customer service has been responsive in replacing faulty units. Overall, this tablet does not live up to expectations and is not recommended for purchase.
