When shaking a cocktail does it leak?
Answer: It can if tops are not fitted tightly. Also it freezes your hands. So I use a bar towel and hold both ends to shake. -

How do you open the top?
Answer: Hold it in your hands and use your thumbs to work up the edge. Rotate the shaker around and repeat the pressure upwards with your thumbs. You can also do the same against the top where the pour lid is. -
