Is the power adapter and controller included with the purchase?
Answer: No, the power adapter and controller need to be purchased separately. -

How many strips can you connect on the same power adapter and how many amperes do you need if you want to connect strip that's 32feet?
Answer: One DC5V40A power adapter theoretically can be used but LEDs might be dimmer on the far end due to added resistance. It is suggested to use two DC5V20A power adapter, one from the head and the other from the end of the 32 feet LED strip. -

Is this considered a 3 pin led strip?
Answer: Yes, it is a 3 pin LED strip with 3 different connection points on the strip. -

Can you cut and reconnect the strips?
Answer: Yes, the strips can be cut to each individual LED, and cut sections can be joined back together by slightly overlapping and soldering. -

What power supply should I use for 300 ft run? Is possible to run 300 ft on one per supply?
Answer: Consult a professional as it involves variables such as voltage drop and wiring. Running 5500 pixels would need a specialized controller, and the power would be beyond most residential allowances on a circuit. The product listing recommends 100W per 5 meters with power at the beginning and end of strips. -

The light at first LEDs is white but the end orange. What may be the issue?
Answer: The added resistance and voltage drop causes dimmer LEDs (red or orange) on the far end of the strip. Length, power supply, lighting effect, and brightness affect brightness. For a solution, voltage must be added every 5 meters, brightness lowered, enough power given, full white lighting effect avoided, DC12V or DC24V LED strip used, and 30LEDs/m used instead of 60LEDs/m. -

I am confused. I want white strip, with 144 LEDs with warm white in a 16.4 length. What product do I order?
Answer: The product cannot be made with 144 LEDs/m in 16.4ft length. However, it can be made in China if required. -

If my controller can play nice with ws2812b and I connect this sk6812 type of RGB strip to it, will it work?
Answer: It depends on the controller and strip type being used. Some controllers like SP105E, SP110E, SP107E, and SP108E work with both WS2812B RGB and SK6812RGBW. However, some controllers only work with WS2812B RGB, and SK6812 RGB and SK6812 RGBW are not the same. It is best to confirm with the controller seller.
