Answer: There's padding around the lenses but not on the arms. -

Answer: Yes, they are polarized and great for biking or fishing. -

How many inches across? I have an extra small face.
Answer: Measuring across the front of the glasses from hinge to hinge, it is approximately 7 1/4 inches. Measuring inside the glasses from hinge to hinge, it is approximately 5 1/2 inches. There is foam padding inside which helps with a snugger fit too. -

Can these be worn over glasses?
Answer: No, these glasses are not meant to be worn over other glasses.
